During the last 15 years, several hundred asbestos, lead-based paints, and mold related projects have been successfully completed nationally and internationally by AES staffs. The staffs are certified per US OSHA/EPA/HUD requirements and familiar with the latest standards and rule development proposals. AES owns many advanced and sophisticated instruments (e.g. Niton XRF and PID) that allow its staff to provide none-destructive, prompt, and cost-effective testing protocols. Typical service categories include:

  • Inspection of public, residential, commercial, and major industrial facilities per AHERA, OSHA and NESHAP in support of federal projects, redevelopment, or demolition projects
  • Risk Management Plans per AHERA standards
  • Project Design by experienced and certified staffs
  • Visual inspection or monitoring for initial and final clearance testing
  • Cost estimate and supervision of abatement projects for major clients
