AES has excellent resources and qualified staffs for providing comprehensive environmental assessment, testing and related services. The staffs are familiar with government rules and grants available for contaminated properties (Brownfields) and the State Assurance Fund (SAF) applications for leaking underground storage tanks (LUST). AES provides a free initial meeting to discuss related requirements and cost estimates.

Employees have reviewed, conducted, and supported the following types of services for multiple sites at major power plants, airports, governmental and commercial properties:

• Phase I - Environmental Site Assessments using thelatest ASTM standards or per lender requirements
• Phase II - Tier I and II modeling, drilling, sampling, testing, and cost estimates for contaminated properties
• Phase III - Closure report, hazardous waste removal and disposal, or pesticides/herbicides clean up
• Site Closure – including regulatory review, sampling, cleaning, disassembling, handling, disposal, and support to obtain approval for final site closure activities
